I know I’ve been slacking on the blog posts lately. So sorry! My little boy has been in and out of the hospital these past few weeks and it has been a stressful time. Hopefully I can get back on schedule with this blog really soon.
I met up with Lauren and Matt a couple of weeks ago at Matt’s family farm for their engagement session. It was the perfect location for them to have their pictures done! Gorgeous light, gorgeous scenery, and a gorgeous couple! What more could a girl ask for? These two are high school sweethearts. How awesome is that?! And they were both in a wedding that I shot about 2 years ago.
Anyway, on to the images. I am totally in love with every single one of these shots!! Thanks again Lauren and Matt for such a wonderful session. I can not wait for the wedding!

Chelsea and Kirby were such troopers today! It was so cold, wet, and dreary but they fought it out with me and we managed to get some awesome images. My fingers were numb by the end of the session and I could barely push the shutter button!

Here are more from Heather’s maternity session. We actually split her session up into 2 days because we kept getting rained out 
The first day we did some indoor shots and then when the weather finally decided to cooperate we went for some outdoor shots.
These two are such a beautiful and fun loving couple! Oh, and did I mention that Heather was my mentor the first 4 or so months of my job. We spent a lot of time together in a very tiny room. And we even got to be pregnant together for a few months. So she has taught me a lot about business and babies. Lol! Heather has already had Baby Avery (pics to come very soon!) so I no longer have a pregnancy buddy, but my little man will be here shortly and we’ve already decided that Baby Avery and Baby Hudson will be the best of friends!

We needed some pics for our Christmas cards, so last weekend my mom was nice enough to swing by and take some for us. It was kind of weird being in front of the camera for a change…
I just love having an old barn in our backyard!

I had so much fun photographing Jessica and Caleb this past weekend! We went to this awesome old post office downtown where we were virtually alone. It rained all day so it was a good thing we had scheduled to do pretty much the entire session indoors.
My friend Tony accompanied me and got a few shots as well. See the previous post!
Finally it stopped raining long enough for us to get a few shots on the rooftop. Did I mention I’m afraid of heights?

I was finally able to sort through some of the images I took while in Dallas. I have to say, I’m pretty impressed with how they came out. It doesn’t hurt when your models are freakin gorgeous either! Sarah and Drew were some of the sweetest people you will ever meet.
